Scientists have discovered that the blue light emitted from your monitor can interfere with your sleep. So Microsoft has added a setting to adjust your monitor's blue light emissions.


You can manually set it, or you can setup your system to automatically turn down the blue light emissions between certain hours.  If you set it for the last few hours before you turn in, you can use your computer without upsetting your sleep patterns.

Of course, you have to get used to using the system with a less than white appearance.
