Do you have problems seeing where your mouse cursor is? Previously you could change its size and shape. You could even change other mouse features but you had to load a specialized program. Well, now Windows 10 1903 version has added a nice little feature to customizing your mouse pointer. Not only can resize your mouse pointer, but you can choose a different color. All from the Settings app.

If you are older like me, this is the setting that you really need. By changing the mouse pointer size it's helped but now with the ability to change it's color, it should help even more.
