Computer Acting Up? Check your system hardware with CPU-Z & HWMonitor

If your computer giving your some trouble and you have already checked Windows for any corrupted files, checked the Settings app, download and installed new drivers but nothing work, it may be time to check your hardware.

Besides overheating, power levels and other things can affect how your system is working. With just a couple of utilities you can identify what your motherboard/system model number is, the exact part number for your hard drives or ram, the voltage levels in your power supply and other information that is needed to troubleshoot.

Here are two utilities, how to install them and a high level view of their operation and information they supply. You'll find these bits a data to be invaluable when examining your system and when using that info to search for solutions.
