If you waited patiently for a newer Windows phone on Verizon's network, it's here.  The Nokia 928 is a sleek, beautiful phone. But is it better than the 822 that's been out there.

 

The initial answer is yes, but barely. The 928 has a AMOLED screen that is larger and has higher resolution, better camera optics and built-in wireless charging.  Does it mean you should buy it?
