Windows 10 - Control Child Access to PC and Purchases

Windows 10 allows you to setup separate accounts on one computer so that others can use it as well. But like Windows 7, it has a feature to setup a child's account so they can't do certain things.  You can restrict them from web sites, stop them from running certain programs and definitely stop them from accidentally (or on purpose) spend money on apps.

It's called Family Safety and it's pretty easy to setup and configure.
