Quick Access to Admin Functions in Windows 8

Windows 8 Admin functions are just one right-click away
There's a little shortcut in Windows 8 that allows you to directly access a dozen or so administrative functions.  For example, you don't have to have a shortcut for the Control Panel or type the word 'control' to find Control Panel.

It's built in and you can access it from either the Start Screen or the Desktop
