WARNING. Using the settings in this video are at your own risk. Also these procedures can be used for any installation of GTAIV, not just on a Lenovo, but proceed with caution. The Good News: GTA IV will run, but only very restricted. Closed systems like Laptops are locked down on how you can allocate memory. The BIOS normally doesn't have advanced setting to vary how much memory is shared. It's because their design is set for a certain level of heat dissipation and to ensure no damage occurs, your can't change it. Fortunately some games like GTA IV can be downwardly configured to run at lowered setting. The Bad News: For Lenovo Yoga 13 users, even the lowest settings of GTA IV requires TWICE as much memory than is allocated by the system. It will run but barely. The first tests in this video are on battery power. Nearer the end, the game runs pretty good in a window and at the lowest resolution. Is it a great gaming experience? NO. But it's really for you to decide. What it does not is emphasizes what I said in my first Lenovo video. THIS IS NOT A GAMING SYSTEM.
