If you are getting ready to replace your motherboard and CPU, you may be in for a rude awakening when it comes to your Windows License.  If you bought a pre-built system, odds are that you have an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) license and it can't be transferred to a new system.
 
But to be sure, here's how to quickly check your system to see if you need a new Window 10 license.
