I cannot change the annotation at the beginning of this video. YouTube has turned off annotations for some videos. Although I say there is one in that text, there is no longer a link at Microsoft. Please follow the instructions below to download and install Movie Maker.

If you get black screens when using Movie Maker, it's because you are missing some codecs. Windows 10 doesn't have all the codecs for MP4, you need to download them. Go to the url below to download them. DO NOT click on the flashing green button. Down further on the page is the link to 'mirror1'. Use it.
