In Windows 10 Anniversary Update, Microsoft has including a new Desktop Program called Quick Assist. It allows ANY Windows 10 user to log into another Windows 10 system and provide help by remotely controlling the other person's system. Previously in earlier versions of Windows, you needed to have the Pro version in order to provide Remote Desktop. Or you could download and run TeamViewer. It's a very simple remote access, but it does has a nice little annotation function that allows you to draw on the other person's screen to highlight something you want to point out.
