Because the Windows 10 Minecraft Beta App doesn't appear to use DirectX or OpenGL, Fraps can't record your game sessions. So if you are used to using Fraps but really want all the performance and graphics of the new Windows 10 Minecraft App, you are going to have to find a different screen recorder.
Fortunately for some, Windows 10 comes with a game DVR built in. The only limitation is the video hardware you have on your system. With a fairly modern graphics card, you can easily use the Game DVR and record your Minecraft in glorious MP4 format.
