If you used Windows 10 Spotlight on your lock screen it may get stuck on a single image. To get a new image each day, you can restore the functionality with just a few steps. It doesn't require specialized software or editing the registry.

 

 

Open Run command from search box

Enter to show index file:
%USERPROFILE%/AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager_cw5n1h2txyewy\Settings
 
Enter to show stored images:
%USERPROFILE%/AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager_cw5n1h2txyewy\LocalState\Assets
