I just downloaded an update to the Intel 4000 drivers on the Lenovo Yoga 13 and now Alan Wake renders all the artifacts properly.
Haven't tested it completely, but it runs ok. Monitor your heat though, Alan Wake has always been a graphically intensive program.
I'll publish a video on the updated drivers soon. By the way, the drivers aren't on the Lenovo site yet. It was pushed by Windows Update, so check your update there.
